Strategic Leadership Fellows Program
(Ages 25–37 | Early to Mid-Career Professionals)

Program Description

The Strategic Leadership Fellows Program is an advanced leadership initiative for high-potential professionals aged 25 to 37 who are already on a leadership trajectory and seek to deepen their strategic, organizational, and societal impact. The program develops Fellows through rigorous engagement with advanced leadership concepts, strategic thinking, governance perspectives, and real-world challenges, enabling them to lead with clarity, conviction, and purpose in complex environments. It is anchored in our leadership development model—Foundation and Pillars of Leadership Excellence—which provides a structured and holistic framework for cultivating principled, effective, and future-ready leaders.

The program is structured into four core modules: Self-Leadership, Team-Leadership, Project Leadership, and Strategic Leadership.

Program Duration

Each module runs for 2–3 months, with participants working in a carefully curated cohort of 12 individuals. Classes are held once a week with each session 3 hours in duration. Participants are required to enroll separately in each module, allowing for a flexible structure that enables them to join according to their availability and time commitments.

Program Cost

The standard tuition fee is PKR 100,000 per module. However, the program is currently fully funded through the generous support of the Tamkinat Ali and Aftab Foundation, and is therefore offered to all participants on a 100% scholarship basis.

With sincere graditude to

Syeda Tamkinat Ali and Syed Aftab Ahmed

for their generous support.
