Strategic Leadership Scholars Program
(Ages 19–24 | University Students & Recent Graduates)

Program Description

The Strategic Leadership Scholars Program is a selective, high-impact development initiative designed for outstanding students and recent graduates aged 19 to 24 who demonstrate strong intellectual ability, character, and leadership potential. The program equips Scholars with foundational leadership frameworks, decision-making skills, and exposure to strategic thinking, change management and complex societal challenges. It further emphasizes the development of communication, critical thinking, and ethical leadership, while providing opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and real-world problem solving. It is anchored in our leadership development model—Foundation and Pillars of Leadership Excellence—which provides a structured and holistic framework for cultivating principled, effective, and future-ready leaders.

The program is structured into four core modules: Self-Leadership, Team-Leadership, Project Leadership, and Strategic Leadership.

Program Duration

Each module runs for 2–3 months, with participants working in a carefully curated  cohort of 12 individuals. Classes are held once a week with each session 3 hours in duration. Participants are required to enroll separately in each module, allowing for a flexible structure that enables them to join according to their availability and time commitment.

Program Cost

The standard tuition fee is PKR 100,000 per module. However, the program is currently fully funded through the generous support of the Tamkinat Ali and Aftab Foundation, and is therefore offered to all participants on a 100% scholarship basis.

With sincere graditude to

Syeda Tamkinat Ali and Syed Aftab Ahmed

for their generous support.
